	Matt Culp is the owner of Bainbridge Lending Group and a life-long resident of Bainbridge. With ten years experience in the lending business, Matt enjoys working with all kinds of clients-from first-time homebuyers to second home and investment property purchasers. He is available evenings and weekends via his cell phone. A member of the Washington State Bar Association, Matt lives on the Island with his wife Laura and their three children.

	Brian Hewitt's clients come to rely on his listening abilities and creative eye for simplifying the big picture. With a 15-year background in new-business start-up and cash flow development, Brian brings to the table a unique perspective on finance strategy, for both conservative and aggressive mortgage tactics, large and small transactions alike. Brian is a 17-year resident of Kitsap County, where he lives with his wife and 2 children. 	Megan Johnston is our senior assistant and a loan officer. A vital part of the Bainbridge Lending Group team, her primary role is to assist Matt, Brian and John with the processing and closing of client files. Megan's more than 6 years experience in the mortgage business shines through everyday as she keeps all of the loan files moving efficiently toward closing.
